At Bishop Acklam we offer a comprehensive Customer Care package, this page is designed to outline the services offered to you by our Team.
The Customer Care Team is available to deal with any queries you may have concerning your new home. You are able to contact them on 01752 603333 or via email at customercare@bishopacklam.com. Their main objective is to ensure you are delighted with your new home and to support and assist you during the whole process.
Once you have exchanged on your property, a member of the Customer Care Team will contact you to ensure you have a dedicated person to speak to and liaise with until completion of sale. During this time your personal Customer Care Manager will be on hand to assist you in answering any questions you may have, providing support and advice regarding any purchases for your new home. They will also provide a liaison service for you to ensure all your carpets, curtains, lighting and fittings are in place before you move in. Depending on the build stage you may be given a choice of kitchen styles. Should this be the case your Customer Care Manager will be happy to escort you to the manufacturer’s showroom to assist with your choice. They will keep in contact with you to ensure that the process of creating your new home is paramount.
Nearing your completion date we will provide you with our walk through service. This will demonstrate how the heating and appliances work, and also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
On completion you will be provided with a Home Owner Manual which will be specific to your property. This will contain the appliance manuals, warranty and guarantees, information on the location of your property and also a guide to looking after your new home.
Once you have moved in, your Customer Care Manager will stay in touch and visit you at your convenience to make sure you are settling into your new home hassle free. They will also arrange for you to have a carpenter for a day to hang your pictures and mirrors or any bathroom furniture/accessories. An IT specialist can also be arranged to connect and install any media equipment you may have.
